About the Role Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns – Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Land Acquisition – KIADB, Permission U/s 109, Conversion, Khata, Planning, Survey etc. Liaisoning/Coordination with local leaders including MLA & MP, villagers/ land loosers /land owners etc. Handling local issues & grievances. Create an effective network at district level to understand the environment and suggest immediate corrective steps. Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner. MA/PGDM (Public Relations)/MSW/Post Graduate in Law/MassCommunication Graduate in any stream. PG in Mass Communication is preferred Good verbal and written communication. Kannada language is must . Should have handled Liaisoning and Public Relation activities successfully.
